With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I have been very happy with the functionality thus far. I may be interested in a webinar in the future. A survey in a month or two would allow me a better sample to assess how PDFfiller will work to meet my needs.

It keeps mixing up my two accounts - - one subscription with an aol email address and one free account with my fire dept. address. I believe it's due to my MSOffice password settings.

So far so good. One change I would like to see, when I insert check marks and x's on a specific row, they come out unaligned. WOuld be nice if they were all aligned

A very useful tool for paperless office work.
It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software.
It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only.
I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

It works great and I had 1 slight problem
It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.

How do I write a 24-hour notice?
Be served on the tenant at least 24 hours before the time of entry, Be in writing, Be signed by the landlord or the agent, State the reason that the landlord is entering the residential premises, and State the date and time of entry that complies with the restrictions on holidays and hours of entry.
How do I notify a tenant of inspection?
Before conducting an inspection, a landlord must give written notice of his intent to inspect the property. Landlords should give, at a minimum, a 24-hour notice to the tenant for non-emergency inspections. Title your letter “Notice of Inspection,” or something similar.
What can my landlord look at during an inspection?
For a basic inspection, landlords need to check under sinks, check the smoke detectors, replace furnace filters, look for obvious signs of damage and verify that the unit is being used appropriately.
How much notice does a landlord have to give to enter property NZ?
Landlords must give tenants at least 48 hours' notice before entering the property to carry out an inspection, or to test for meth contamination at the property.
