I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

A perfect user-friendly PDF Editor
`*I usually don't look forward to doing PDF editing as it is usually a nightmare. Nothing lines up, missing a feature you need, doesn't save correctly, or you can't send it, etc.
This is the first PDF editor that I actually have fun with, super user-friendly, fast learning curve, yet looks professional, is feature rich [in fact it has features the others don't have], and no problems saving and sending or later editing it again down the road. I am just ending a one month free trial offer and will gladly renew it as my permanent PDF editor.

I loved how I could easily convert and edit my documents without hassle. And when I needed to cancel my subscription and i contacted customer support the response time was fast and resolved swiftly

Great for needed digital signatures on contracts, etc. We also use it to edit maps we use in our business for clarity.

So far this program is a game changer. I wish it was cheaper (a discount for teachers on a year subscription would be wonderful!!) but I like what I am seeing so far;)

I've been very happy with this product! It has helped me tremendously file insurance claims and do work since my husband has been in the hospital since 5/30/20. I did the free trial but will be purchasing it for the year.
