I fill out a lot of forms from different organizations. Found PDF Filler after searching for a federal form. It was the top result and I started using it from there. Click “Add File” to list your PDF file. Set label information in “Advanced→Label”, check “Add Labels” and input “Label Prefix” such as “Chapter” or “Section”. Click “Number and save as” to output changed PDF in defined directory, you can view label in PDF Reader Toolbar as below picture shows:
To print labels saved within a PDF file, all you need is label stock that matches the size of the labels stored within the PDF file. If you are unsure of the label size, print the labels on adhesive paper. Print labels from a PDF file on your desktop printer.
