Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

it was easy to type and overwrite, but printing and saving some of the fill blanks were not coming up as what I typed... probably a computer bug issue...

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.
