This is a very good program but the monthly fee is high. It would be well worth the cost if you were filling out hundreds of pdfs each month, but for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the expense.

I love the site, I don't like all of the pop ups though! I constantly have to click out of the pop ups when opening a new form. That is my only complaint! But, all in all, I love this site and it helps me be more efficient.

So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I will continue to pay for my subscription and continue using the service. Thanx your service has been and will continue to be a BIG HELP to me.

Helpful Tool
I had been trying to send off some release forms and was crunched for time so I signed up for PDFFiller's free trial. In the end, I wasn't able to use their software without a purchase, but it made me almost wish I had paid the money.
I like that I can sign any document electronically. It definitely saves time and printing costs. It cuts out about 2 extra steps: printing and scanning. This is helpful for documents that need signatures such as release forms, etc.
I didn't like how much I had to pay in order to use my e-signed pdf. I don't use the software often enough to make it worth the price.
However, if I worked regularly with documents that needed to be signed this software would be the very best solution.

Good company with a great product
This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. An honest company that is responsive, with good products - can't do better than that.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.
