I genuinely love this program
I genuinely love this program. I don't have to wait for anyone else to print things for me and then get backed up on my work. I can just create what I need and send it right then. Super simple and user friendly.

Such helpful customer support
This is a great product but I only needed it for a short while, (1 day) but forgot to cancel my free trial, contacted customer support and they arranged for a refund right away, so very helpful.

What do you like best?
I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools.
What do you dislike?
I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business!

The IRS integration have helped me navigate some of the tax paperwork I need to do for my employees. The fax feature is super helpful for getting paperwork out for our clients.

Why is lay not with Ex?
Till then, Lay cannot actively promote with Ex because the ban is not yet over. Which is why SM took this risk to include Lay in their recent Comeback by including Lay but not having him perform. That aside, another critical reason why Lay is not part of any promotions is due to his schedule.
Is lay part of EX?
He is a member of the South Korean-Chinese boy group Ex and its sub-group Exam under SM Entertainment.
Is lay still part of EX?
Now Lay cannot possibly depart from EX by citing this reason because he has already established himself as a successful soloist in China while remaining a member of EX. SM have granted him enough freedom to pursue his activities in his country, and it's like having the best of both worlds, to be honest.
Why is lay out of EX?
This year, Lay was unable to participate in the EX concert tour due to difficulty adjusting his schedule. Additionally, Lay was also not present in Kokomo and Power. Many nonsexual netizens mistakenly thought that Lay had left the group.

Lay hasn't been actively promoting with EX since their July 2017 comeback perhaps even before as SM Entertainment made a statement in June 2017 that he wouldn't be a part of that comeback. And fans were surprised once again when he was not a part of EX's December comeback.

The company sued Tao over his failure to repay the company after his departure; it released an official statement that said: “SM has ongoing lawsuits against Ex members Wu Fan (Kris), Wuhan, and Tao for violating their exclusive contracts and partaking in illegal promotions in China.
When did EX members leave?
After the departures of Kris, Wuhan, and Tao amid legal battles in 2014 and 2015, the band continued with the remaining nine members. Since 2016, Chen, Tae-hyun, and Cumin have also released music and performed as a sub-unit named Exocet.
When did Wuhan leave?
On October 10, 2014, Wuhan filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment to nullify his contract and effectively left Ex.
