This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! After this horrible experience SUPPORT STAFF was able to assist me in accessing the necessary document and getting it filled out to me the deadline. SUPPORT STAFF is very knowledgeable and were able to resolve the problem quickly!!! Count me a happy customer!!!

Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

Lifesaver!!
Lifesaver!!! I am not always able to print documents, fill, them out, sign them, and then scan them in and email them to recipients. This program allows me to skip most of the steps.

It is difficult to find the exact years…
It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.
