Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

It is very user friendly. I do have questions that I think attending a webinar would probably answer. It would save me time trying to figure things out.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The specifications, features, and requirements of the exFAT file system include: File size limit of 16 exabytes (2641 bytes, or about 1019 bytes, which is otherwise limited by a maximum volume size of 128 PB, or 2571 bytes), raised from 4 GB (2321 bytes) in a standard FAT32 file system.
NTFS is ideal for internal drives, while exFAT is generally ideal for flash drives. Both of them have no realistic file-size or partition-size limits. If storage devices are not compatible with NTFS file system, and you don't want to limited by FAT32, you can choose exFAT file system.
NTFS has journaling which helps ensure the file system can recover from corruption, whereas exFAT does not. So if you use the drive only from Windows PCs and reliability and data integrity are important, such as for archival or backup purposes, NTFS should be used over exFAT.
It's not possible to convert HDD from NTFS to exFAT without formatting. I suggest to back up files and format to ex-FAT. NTFS will work as Read only in Mac. But, you can use read-write compatibility for all NTFS-formatted USB drives in Mac.
Which is Faster? While file transfer speed and maximum throughput is limited by the slowest link (usually the hard drive interface to the PC like SATA or a network interface like 3G SWAN), NTFS formatted hard drives have tested faster on benchmark tests than FAT32 formatted drives.
exFAT file system that allows a single file larger than 4 GB to be stored on the device. This file system is also compatible with Mac. Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.6.
Like NTFS, exFAT has very large file size and partition size limits. This means you can store files that are larger than 4 GB apiece on a flash drive or SD card if it's formatted with exFAT. ... Various other older devices may only support FAT32 instead of exFAT.
Because FAT32 stores 32-bit file sizes and the maximum you can store in 32 bits is 2^32-1 ~= 4.29e9. 2^32-1 bytes = 4 GB — 1 byte. (This is, in fact, explained in the Wikipedia article.) I have the same doubt, and finally realized that every file has its own metadata contains 4 bytes for the file size.
Generally speaking, exFAT drives are faster at writing and reading data than FAT32 drives. ... Note: All benchmarks show that NTFS is much faster than exFAT. The bottom line is that unless you are 100 percent sure that you will never have a file smaller than 4 GB, format the drive as exFAT.
