App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent.
Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

good product. but pricing was not clear i subscribed to one year one time payment when i wanted the pay as you go per moth option. hope to get it resolved soon. or will cancel fully.

Super Functional Tool
I love how affordable and easy it is to manage, edit and process pdf files. The tool is very secure and includes the ability to email a pdf with a security code for document retrieval.
The program works great so I don't have any complaints

Haven't used much just for a few document but so far very satisfied. Easy to scan and load to fill in docs. I'm hoping it will be worth the price paid

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. The Windows Fax component makes sending faxes an easy process. You can send faxes from your computer as long as you have an Internet connection and a fax modem. Most computer users can view Portable Document Format (PDF) files.

Login to your FAX. Go to the Send Fax section. In the To field, enter the recipient's fax number(s) Click on the Add File button to attach the documents you wish to fax from computer. Click on the Send button and your fax will be transmitted immediately.
