Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

Easy PDF completion app
Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents.
I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner.
I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green.
The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

Well! I got the 114.00 per yr it did not tell me that I had to have the 184.00a yr program! Made me upgrade to be able to use it. It's a good program if you use it everyday I'm a small business owner so I only use it when I need it,

I liked their services
I liked their services, but didn't need them long term. I had thought that I had canceled my account right afterward, but still was charged when the trial period was up. I contacted them on a Sunday, expecting it to take a few days and be a nightmare. Even though it was the weekend they had it taken care of and refunded to me within a few hours! I would definitely use them again because of how trustworthy and understanding the staff was. Good job PDF Filler Team!

Easy addition
This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

Your product is excellent and if you could scrap the 30 days free trial and create a subscription for 1 week or 2 weeks access for under 2pounds and also give referral bonuses, I think it would be profitable for you.
