This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. I had one document that wouldn't open and with one click I had it sent off to tech support who replied within 2 minutes and I was filling it out in under 10 minutes. Very happy and would recommend to anyone!

Great and simple pdf editor Easily edit, share and secure pdf documents. This is a basic pdf editor that does everything I need. You can edit by adding text, making notes, make tables, add a signature area, etc. It is also very secure and easy to share and collaborate. Even the free version is awesome. It's not the fanciest, smoothest software but it gets the job done. I would like to see the interface beautified a bit.

For a contract to be valid, it must have four key elements: agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention.
Important clauses in a contract include such attributes as termination clauses and confidentiality provisions. Agreements are invoked in nearly all industries, and many of the agreement clauses are used across most sectors.
A contract clause is a specific provision or section within a written contract. Each clause in a contract addresses a specific aspect related to the overall subject of the agreement. Contract clauses are aimed at clearly defining the duties, rights and privileges that each party has under the contract terms.
Write a concise statement that illustrates exactly what purpose you want the contract clause to achieve. Write in plain English, not in “legalese.” For example, “I want to prevent Company A from using its access to Company B's corporate records to steal business secrets from Company B.”
The Obligation of Contracts Clause The clause is found in Article I of the United States Constitution. Generally speaking, this clause was added to the Constitution in order to prohibit states from interfering with private contracts. The clause states that, 'No State shall pass any
A provision is a stipulation in a contract, legal document, or law. Often the stipulation requires action by a specific date or within a specified period of time. Provisions are intended to protect the interests of one or both parties in a contract.

To ensure you do not create a duplicate of an existing clause, you should search the library for similar clauses before creating a new one.
