The forms are in a different size, doesn't match exactly the form and sometime may be rejected by the instituion or company that issue the original form.

I thought the software was excellent. Did not like the "gimmick" of paying an annual fee in advance, then offering the same service at a huge discount. That makes potential customers feel like smucks.

Excellent service and customer service! Disappointed however that the maximum number of pages allowable is 150. I'm working with much larger documents. The rest is great though.

Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). A very easy to use to file your claim, and I never have any problem logging in. I highly recommend this site, I am very satisfied. They just give me access to the Insurance portal that is why I have to unsubscribe. I will use this in the future.
