I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

Wish it was more affordable
Works great and seems to be the only app that put everything in the proper format for editing. My only complaint is that it isn't more affordable, especially for first year subscriptions I feel like there should be a discount so that you can truly decide if spending that much at once is worth it to you and your business needs.

Perfect for creating single fillable documents and merging pdf pages. A little clunky but does the jo and cost is reasonable.

How do I protect a PDF from sharing?
To protect and control use of a PDF document Right-click on a PDF file, then in Safeguard Secure PDF Writer choose the PDF protection options: Stop document printing, allow printing or limit the number of prints. Add dynamic watermarks to viewed and or printed pages.
How do I lock a PDF form after filling it out?
Step 9 To lock your form so that users can only fill out your form, click the Protection tab on the right side toolbar, then select Restrict Editing. Enter the same password in both fields, then click the OK button to save the password.
How do I lock a PDF form that is fillable?
1 Answer. Select to add a password to “Restrict editing” and then select the restrictions you want to apply. Make sure that you save the file under a new filename after you apply these settings. This allows you to keep your unprotected file and send out the protected version.
How do you flatten PDF, so it Cannot be edited?
Make a backup copy of your PDF file. Open the copy and choose Advanced > PDF Optimizer. Click the Cleanup tab. Select Remove Hidden Layers Content and Flatten Layers, and then click OK. When prompted, save the Optimized PDF with another new name.
