For as little as we need a *** editor I could not justify the cost of *****, so this was a good alternative. *** some issues with my pay method after having them for 3 years. Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again. That messed up a discount I had, but kudos to the customer service for being able to straighten it out. *** to do everything through chat because no phone number. Overall decent **************."

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! A+++ Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! Very good service Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. Locate the PDF file you want to make smaller. Click on and hold the PDF file. Drag the PDF file to the Drop PDF here icon on the screen. The file will upload and begin compressing. Scroll down and click on Download File Now. Select the location where you'd like to save the file. Click on Save.
