Easy-to-use program once you fiddle with it awhile. Would like ability to edit text also (portions that are inapplicable rather than striking through).

Great. But may steps to create a PDF. Also deleting pages is not included as standard. But there are easy workarounds to this restriction. So why have this restriction?

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The FCC limit for public exposure from cellular telephones is an SAR level of 1.6 watts per kilogram (1.6 W/kg).
In the case of whole-body exposure, a standing human adult can absorb RF energy at a maximum rate when the frequency of the RF radiation is in the range of about 80 and 100 MHz, meaning that the whole-body SAR is at a maximum under these conditions (resonance).
Low frequency sounds can be harmful Human beings are normally able to detect sounds in the range of 20-20,000 Hz, and it is well known that sounds within this range can damage the hearing. However, sounds under the frequency of 20 Hz can also affect the ear even though we are unable to hear them.
The maximum permissible exposure (MPE) is the highest power or energy density (in W/cm2 or J/cm2) of a light source that is considered safe, i.e. that has a negligible probability for creating damage. It is usually about 10% of the dose that has a 50% chance of creating damage under worst-case conditions.
In particular, high frequency radiation has an ionizing power, which means is able to remove electrons for atoms and eventually damage biological structures like the DNA. ... Rays and gamma rays are very dangerous and can cause terrible damage to biological structures.
Although there have been health concerns, most types of radiofrequency radiation have not been found to cause harmful health effects, including cancer. Radiofrequency radiation is a type of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation.
No mechanism by which ELF-EMFs or radiofrequency radiation could cause cancer has been identified. Unlike high-energy (ionizing) radiation, Emfs in the non-ionizing part of the electromagnetic spectrum cannot damage DNA or cells directly.
The most restrictive limits on whole-body exposure are in the frequency range of 30-300 MHz where the human body absorbs RF energy most efficiently when the whole body is exposed.
Although long-term studies are ongoing, to date there's no convincing evidence that cellphone use increases the risk of cancer.
Cancer. There is no strong or consistent evidence that mobile phone use increases the risk of getting brain cancer or other head tumors. The United States National Cancer Institute points out that “Radiofrequency energy, unlike ionizing radiation, does not cause DNA damages that can lead to cancer.
