On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

For someone that has always had terrible hand writing this app is a blessing. Works great, easy to upload forms, fill them in and then save and print.

I love the concept. This pdfFiller was extremely helpful with the form I needed to use. Much more than the IRS website. I would recommend this company working with them for more accuracy on the forms. I understood my document much better with the step by step process.
