I had the wrong EIN number on a… I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

I just was able to get the best service… I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! Makes creating and filling out forms a breeze! Overall, if you need to have PDF forms in your life, you couldn't ask for a better solution than this. I'm just waiting for the day when it the basic version isn't free anymore--let's hope it never comes! We live in the twenty-first century. So few things rankle me more than seeing someone's sent me a Word document and pretended it's a form. The same is true for people who send me PDFs and expect me to print and fill them out by hand. PDFfiller is the solution to all these problems and more. It makes the sending and receiving of forms so easy that even a kid could do it. I really have no complaints about PDFfiller. It does what it needs to do quickly and easily, and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it. Even things that once seemed formidable to me (for instance, the dreaded splitting and combining of PDFs) is easy with PDFfiller.

Worth the money! The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy! The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

Changed my small business capabilities I am now able to manipulate documents and complete forms that I need to use on various government websites. This capability changes my small business and, as I bill for my services, gives my clients the absolutely best of what they pay me to accomplish! I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. What do you like best? Pdfiller Allows me to quickly complete documents and get them back to people and fax them in a timely manner without having to fumbling around with scanning documents What do you dislike? No downsides other than other people at my work don't use pdffiler and are slow to get there things done What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem of needing to complete and fax/email forms. I realized I should have never been hand completing this. Also bc I copy and paste I don't have to write a lot

The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.
