It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

I thought it was great & easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to have known I had to buy a subscription before I could print my document. I probably won't need to use it again in the foreseeable future.

What do you like best?
In our busy world, it is great to find a tool like PDFfiller to make things easier and to make sure private information is kept private. We no longer send attachments that can be read in an email that has sensitive information. Using templates has cut down our document sharing time! We now create a template that can be used over and over again. The big win in the form filling tool is the ability to add validation for the data entry.
What do you dislike?
The only complaint I get from users is PDFfiller documents are not showing up in their primary inbox. They have to search for them. We made it mandatory to check the box to send a copy of the email notification to our email address. This has made it easier to forward the email with the secure link to the recipient if they can't seem to find the PDFfiller email generated to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really take a look at your existing document and take the time to setup templates.

Although I do find it a bit difficult to find some of the forms that I am searching for I do like the program completely because it offers me the flexibility to take care of my business and to edit the necessary forms needed for my work. But I wish you would get a larger database of forms and templates for us to draw upon.

What should be included in a footnote?
Why We Use Footnotes or end notes acknowledge which parts of their paper reference particular sources. Generally, you want to provide the author's name, publication title, publication information, date of publication, and page number(s) if it is the first time the source is being used.
Do footnotes go before or after quotation marks?
Both footnotes and end notes require that a superscript number be placed wherever documentation is necessary. The number should be as near as possible to whatever it refers to, following the punctuation (such as quotation marks, a comma, or a period) that appears at the end of the direct or indirect quotation.
How do you footnote a quote?
Direct quotes (short) Use quotation marks ' at the beginning and end of the copied text. Place the (sequential) footnote number at the end of the sentence containing the quotation. If more than one author is quoted in a sentence, place the footnote next to each author's name. Complete footnote citation process.
How do you cite a quote from a footnote?
Footnote or end note numbers in the text should follow punctuation, and preferably be placed at the end of a sentence. When citing the source for a quotation, the number should be placed at the end of the quotation and not after the author's name if that appears first in the text.
How do you cite a quote from a person?
In-text citations include the last name of the author followed by a page number enclosed in parentheses. “Here's a direct quote” (Smith 8). Do footnotes have to be quotes?
GOOD STUFF TO KNOW ABOUT FOOTNOTES. Direct quotations. Anytime you use somebody else's words, you must put them in quotation marks and footnote your source. A long quote of several lines should be indented and single-spaced.
Do you put the period before or after the quotation marks?
Commas and periods always go inside the quotation marks in American English; dashes, colons, and semicolons almost always go outside the quotation marks; question marks and exclamation marks sometimes go inside, sometimes stay outside.
When you end a sentence with a quote where does the period go?
Sentence-ending punctuation is a whole different story. In the United States, the rule of thumb is that commas and periods always go inside the quotation marks, and colons and semicolons (dashes as well) go outside: There was a storm last night, Paul said.
Why do periods go inside quotation marks?
The MLA Handbook notes, By convention, commas and periods that directly follow quotations go inside the closing quotation marks (88). Thus, in the following sentence, the comma is placed after taught: You've got to be carefully taught, wrote Oscar Hammerstein II.
