I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. PDF Filler A Safe Way to Transmit Document and Secure Signature
Safe as document can be password protected.Easy to understand and use.

I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.
