The search option brought up the forms I needed. In on instance multiple versions were on different sites. I was able to bring in to the appropriate version by typing in the URL, I found that to be a real time saver.

Each photo lineup may contain as many as six or more photographs of different persons. Furthermore, to be effective, a photo lineup should contain pictures of persons who look similar to the suspect.
A photo array consists of six to nine photographs displayed to a witness. An officer might create an array by selecting photographs of persons deemed to resemble the perpetrator. Officers might then display the photographs one at a time to the witness and ask whether she or he recognizes each one.
This process usually involves having the suspect and four or five other people line up against a wall. Another common way to conduct a police lineup is to present the eyewitness with a series of pictures. Photo lineups typically include six or more photos. May be a simultaneous or sequential process.
While physical lineups are being phased out they do still happen and if a suspect has actually been arrested and charged with a crime he cannot refuse to participate. The courts have ruled that in such cases, participating in a lineup does not trample on the 5th amendment right to avoid self-incrimination.
What are the three basic types of identification procedures? The three basic types of identification procedures are: Lineup, show-up, and photographic array.
A lineup is different from a show up in that a lineup requires the witness to identify the suspect from a group of people while a show up is a one on one identification. A photographic identification or commonly known as a photo array is the least reliable forms of identification. A photograph is two-dimensional.
Photo Lineup. A presentation of photographs to a victim or witness of a crime. A photo lineup, also known as a photo array and or photo display, is a procedure used by law enforcement personnel to discover or confirm the identity of a criminal suspect.
A police lineup (in American English) or identity parade (in British English) is a process by which a crime victim or witness's putative identification of a suspect is confirmed to a level that can count as evidence at trial.
A show-up is an identification procedure in which the police present a. single suspect to an eyewitness and then ask the eyewitness whether the. Suspect is the perpetrator.33 Typically, show-ups are conducted in the area.
An unduly suggestive lineup might be one in which the defendant was the only female. Some characteristics that courts have considered in determining suggestiveness is whether the others in the lineup were of similar age, skin coloration, and physical characteristics such as height and weight.
