Line Up Tentative Field Attestation: easy document editing

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a popular document format for various reasons. It's accessible from any device to share files between desktops and phones with different screen resolution and settings. It'll open exactly the same no matter you open it on Mac computer or an Android device.

Data protection is another reason we prefer to use PDF files for storing and sharing confidential data and documents. Particular platforms offer opening history to track down those who opened or filled out the document before without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that lets you create, modify, sign, and send PDFs using one browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet, start editing its appearance and add some fillable fields to make it a singable document. Once you finish changing a document, you can mail it to recipients to fill out and get a notification when it’s completed.

Use powerful editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add and edit visual content. Change a template’s page order. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Collaborate with others to complete the fields and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add them for text, signatures, images and more.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: save it to device, print or send via email, fax or sharing link.

The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

I bought this to use at work. It's so easy to use and keep documents looking professional. It's nice that it's cloud based so I can use it when working remotely as well. The mobile app is great too. A great resource for a great price.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you are not in the form editing mode, choose Tools > Prepare Form. Select two or more form fields that you want to align. Click appropriate option in the right-hand pane. You can also right-click the field to which you want to align the other fields.
Open a document. Tap Annotate on the toolbar. Select Shapes. To adjust the fill color and opacity, tap Additional Settings. Tap where you want to insert a shape. You can tap and hold the shape to move it. To resize or rotate the shape, just drag its corners.
Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand. If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
