I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

I use this to do my tenant leases
Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere!
I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents.
I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

PDF Filler was easy to learn and use, I was able to get the signatures I needed, very satisfied. The only thing I was unaware of (could have been in the small print) was the trial obligation before being able to download my signed document. Overall Great experience.
