I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. I wish after doing a merge, it would give me the option to save it only in the main documents page, rather than having to download it.

User friendly
The interface is fairly easy to use, and there's a wide range of things to do with your document once your are finished. It's a bit pricey, but for the limited things I've needed so far, PDFFiller has been able to deliver.
