So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.

I think your site is well designed and has substantial potential. But being unfamiliar with all the choices, my initial effort at using your site took a little longer that I had hoped it would. But that is a minor critique. i'll do more exploring at a later date.

What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.

Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.

If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable

I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.
