The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.

I urgently needed something to edit pdf and nothing else was working on library pc. I gave it a try, doesn't have all features I needed so I aksed for cancelling subscription which was DONE INSTANTLY! Very good support. Thank you, good luck for your bussines.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! The only feature I don't see (maybe…
The only feature I don't see (maybe I've missed it) that would be helpful is the ability to spilt a document.Otherwise, it's super easy to use.

I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.

Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!

It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person.
We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.
