It runs smoothly and quickly. It appears to have every feature I need in my daily work with PDF files, except one. It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

A lease is a contract outlining the terms under which one party agrees to rent property owned by another party. It guarantees the lessee, also known as the tenant, use of an asset and guarantees the lessor, the property owner or landlord, regular payments for a specified period in exchange.
Rental agreements are very similar to lease agreements. The biggest difference between lease agreements and rental agreements lies in the length of the contract. Unlike a long-term lease agreement, a rental agreement provides tenancy for a shorter period of time usually 30 days.
Often, the terms lease agreement and rental agreement are used interchangeably to mean the same thing. But the terms can refer to two distinct types of agreements. Both leases and rental agreements are contracts that are legally binding. But each serves a very different purpose.
An Agreement for Lease is a contract between the Landlord and Tenant agreeing to enter into a Lease at some point in the future. An Agreement for Lease is usually agreed when the Tenant cannot immediately occupy the Land.
The decision to lease vs. rent really depends on what you need. If the asset is integral to your business, and you need it there all the time then leasing is your best option. ... Renting may cost more over that short term period but the total cost to you will be lower since you won't have the asset for many years.
A lease is a contract outlining the terms under which one party agrees to rent property owned by another party. It guarantees the lessee, also known as the tenant, use of an asset and guarantees the lessor, the property owner or landlord, regular payments for a specified period in exchange.
The periodic payment made to the owner of a property for the use of said property, as determined by a lease (rental) agreement. ... A lease is a contractual arrangement calling for the lessee to pay the lessor (owner) for use of an asset.
A lease option works much the same way. The buyer pays the seller option money for the right to purchase the property later. ... The buyer agrees to lease the property from the seller for a predetermined rental amount during the term of the lease option agreement.
While both agreements are similar in nature, they are not the same, and it is important to understand the differences. A lease agreement is a contract between a landlord and a tenant that covers the renting of property for long periods of time, usually a period of 12 months or more.
A lease is the contract between a landlord and a tenant. ... The lease allows the tenant to occupy and use, for a specific period of time, land and structures on that land. In return, the tenant generally pays a set rent. The lease may set forth other duties and responsibilities of the landlord and tenant.
