My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

Easy to use!
Easy to upload files and edit them. Can add text, check boxes and even add wet signatures. All files kept in one place and can be easily downloaded back to my documents once edited!
