I know that most IRS forms are free and can be saved to my files, however sometimes trying to download the forms is difficult to do. PD Filler is much more user friendly and easy to follow.

The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! It has been a little difficult at times but I am computer illiterate so if I can do it or manage to figure it out I think it’s safe to say anyone’s name. I Got a few other features would be nice. Texutered, patterns of the paper texture already patterns of the paper also cut and paste; As well as Cut n pastes features.

Was a little cumbersome at first, but was able to figure out on own which says a lot about a computer program minus an instruction booklet. Yeah, I'm a little on the geek side.

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.
