This is a very good program but the monthly fee is high. It would be well worth the cost if you were filling out hundreds of pdfs each month, but for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the expense.

The best service ever! As a chiropractor, I am able to fill out my exam and soap notes with pdffiller then save them in the encrypted files for Hipaa compliance. My office is on its way to paperless as we speak. I love this service. Highly recommend it to all.

First time using PDFfiller. When I copy and past to make a document I would like to change the font color from black and blue or another color. Other than that, like the service

It was pretty easy to use except when you hit the next tab it would take me to the text box to type but it would not allow me to type until I moved my mouse to that location and click. It would be easier if it would allow you to type in the box it moved you to so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the mouse. Also some boxes when completed there was not an option to click "next.

Paul was fantastic
Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

Still learning and having a few problems, but probably user-error related. Would undoubtably help if I had slowed down enough to watch the video, but just had to get this done.

PDFFiller is easy to use. Took only a few minutes to set up and get started. All your documents are in order and they're easy to access. When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time. You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.
