My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.

It works
A simple to use platform that gets the job done as long as your prescription is up to date, all good. Can edit docs and pdf and save as doc and editable pdf's if required. That's all I need it for.
