I love this app just wish when using the Text Feature, when filling in a form with white space, that you could move the text box if it is not aligned .

Document Saver
Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
