With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I have used PDFfiller to fill out PDF forms which wow dave required my either purchasing a piece of software or otherwise some other form of complex document manipulation - PDFfiller has made PDF document handling a breeze for me.

My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

It's hard when you start using it as there isn't a Pugh information on how to use it , so takes along time to do anything but you get the hang of it after a while, needs to be easier to navigate aroud

Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

Fast Service Delivery and Support
The service and support offered by PDFFiller are outstanding. I was having a problem billing for the subscription. They responded to me timely and resolved my problem. I also used PDFFiller, and it proved handy in managing and organizing various documents.

Good Product, Great Service
I tried the product but ended up using adobe for no other reason than it was paid for by a client.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. The customer service team resolved the issue immediately without any issues

its really a good app, but at the same time it does not fix all my needs, but i usually do need the app when i have to edit some pdf file, because i feel its easy to use, very intuitive, but i don't use so much
