I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. Accidently joined the annual membership and they promply refunded my money. Also it is very easy to use, well organized just like a pdf email box with several options available.

I am very impressed with PDF filler and its features. i am not the most computer literate person and i do have a bit of trouble navigating around the program so a demo of some kind would help me a lot if there is one that i can watch. I guess its just a case of playing around with it but there's probably loads of easy shortcuts that i could use if i knew about them .
