used a handful of other pdf programs, and while there have been a decent one here or there, most have been quite irresponsible, irresponsive, and irritable! pdfFiller is by far the most user-friendly, quick, and manageable one there is, notes this observer! am definitely glad i went for the platinum membership - has not only calmed my disdain towards pdfs, but i am actually having fun with them now! ^_^

I`m using Adobe and pdf filler. I find pdf filler easier to use for marking up docs etc which is all I have used it for so far. I am interested in learning more functionalities.

Really very convenient, far more handier than the others selectable with a quick google search.....not sure about $20 monthly fee though. An account with a paid service per use would also be handy, but 9/10

I am a Landlord and own several properties. I previously have used DocuSign to obtain a tenants signature on a tenancy agreement. PDFiller is so much more flexible and would give google all the stars they deceiver for this product. Many Thanks. Franz.

Enforceability of Postnuptial Agreements in California Courts. While a prenuptial agreement becomes valid on the date it's signed, a postnuptial agreement must be approved by the court to be enforceable.
How do you invalidate a postnuptial agreement?
Duress or coercion: If you or your spouse were forced or pressured into signing the agreement, it may be deemed invalid. Fraud or misrepresentation: If either party provides false or incomplete information about their assets or liabilities, the agreement could be invalidated.
