EASY TO USE, TRULY ALLOWS ONE TO EDIT PDFS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE FONTS AND THE ABILITY TO SET THE FONT SIZE MANUALLY, AND SMALLER THAN SIZE 8. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT, USEFUL APP.

Does an employer have to honor a garnishment?
In most cases, the employer is required to honor the garnishment order, and can face disciplinary action if they don't do so. However, in some cases the writ of garnishment is sent to the wrong employer (such as the debtor's previous employer.)
What happens if an employer ignores a wage garnishment?
If the employer does not take these actions, the court may enter a judgment by default against the employer for the full amount of the debtor's outstanding debt regardless of whether the debtor is still, or ever was, an employee.

Generally, employers should honor multiple wage assignments in the order they were received. However, wage garnishments take priority over wage assignments.
How do I notify employee of garnishment?
Employers are typically notified of a wage garnishment via a court order or IRS levy. They must comply with the garnishment request, and typically start withholding and remitting payment as soon as the order is received.
Can you stop a garnishment once it starts?
You must take action to prevent the initial garnishment or address it if it has already started by claiming an exemption with the court. The creditor will continue to garnish your wages until you pay the debt in full or take some measure to stop the garnishment, such as by filing for bankruptcy (see below).
