Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

Once you get the hang of it and learn how to save without losing the entire document filled in its great, A word to each customer be sure to save each individual page or else you lose all your inputted information.

I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

What items Cannot be shipped to APO?
Items like firearms, alcohol, and perishable foods cannot be shipped to most APO zip codes.
What can't you ship to APO?
Packages must weigh 70 lbs or less and cannot exceed 130” in combined length and girth. You cannot send any items restricted by the USPS (see full list here) or any perishable food.
What can you ship to an APO address?
Unlike mail sent to a street address or post office, APO/FPO addresses have AA, AE or AP listed in the state category. Although other shipping services, such as FedEx and UPS, send packages to other countries where military forces are concentrated, only the USPS is able to send an item to an APO or FPO.
Can I ship a laptop to an APO address?
USPS is the only service that will ship to APO. UPS and FedEx won't do it. DHL will ship to most military locations, but at incredibly high prices. There are no special considerations for shipping a laptop to an APO address.
What Cannot be sent by mail?
Perishable items are materials that can deteriorate in the mail, such as live animals, food, and plants. Permissible perishable items are sent at the mailer's own risk. These items must be specially packaged and mailed so that they arrive before they begin to deteriorate.
What Cannot be shipped by USPS?
USPS International Shipping Prohibited Items Alcoholic Beverages. Ammunition. Cigarettes. Dry Ice.
What Cannot be sent media mail?
The USPS limits Media mail to books, CDs, periodicals [not magazines with ads] and Music any of these can be Educational pencils, erasers, rulers, essay paper, art paper, etc. are not. All other items have to be shipped either First Class, First Class Package, or Priority Mail.
