Faced with the daunting task of filling in the complete IRS 990 (due to the dissolution of a 501c7 non-profit corporation of which I was the treasurer) I have found that the PDFfiller program is a real godsend -- so much so that I almost regret not having an excuse to continue as a subscriber once the trial-period expires. Thought I canceled the subscription and I may not have completed the process. After contacting support I was refunded and canceled immediately. Great company

Have used it to fill out two forms and was very pleased with the experience. The only problem I encountered was being unable to expand the circle. May be due to my not fully understanding the program's capabilities.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "

Just You Click and It'll Do!
Very simple 'click-on-what-u-wanna-do' layout, very understandable even for complete beginners. Waaaaaaaay better than Adobe. Almost feels like PDFFiller actually invented .pdf!

I'm a layman when it comes to figuring out things.
I'm a layman when it comes to figuring how do create things on the Internet. It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. As before in chatting with someone at the chat desk, they have always been professional.
