This is the first app that I found that… the process to combine two files onto one page was simple. This is the first app that I found that it will actually let you combine two files onto one page simply. The only bummer was that I had to convert the .pdf file into a .jpeg first before I could combine them together.

Use double quotation marks around the title of an article or chapter, and italicize the title of a periodical, book, brochure, or report.
A: In APA, use italics for titles of books, scholarly journals, periodicals, films, videos, television shows, and microfilm publications. Quotation marks or italics are not required for articles, webpages, songs, episodes, etc.
A general rule of thumb is that within the text of a paper, italicize the title of complete works but put quotation marks around titles of parts within a complete work. On an APA-style reference page, the rules for titles are a little different.
According to APA Style, if a webpage is part of a greater website do not italicize the title. If the source stands alone (e.g. a report) it is italicized. Unfortunately it is not always clear to which group a webpage belong to. However, the APA blog recommends that if in doubt to not italicize.

The rules for quotation marks around titles vary depending on which style guide you follow. In general, you should italicize the titles of long works, like books, movies, or record albums. Use quotation marks for the titles of shorter pieces of work: poems, articles, book chapters, songs, T.V.
Italicize titles if the source is self-contained and independent. Titles of books, plays, films, periodicals, databases, and websites are italicized. Place titles in quotation marks if the source is part of a larger work. Articles, essays, chapters, poems, webpages, songs, and speeches are placed in quotation marks.
”The title of the article should be in quotation marks” — Example: “Tiger Woman on Wall Street” Capitalize all the major words.
Titles of books should be underlined or put in italics. (Titles of stories, essays and poems are in “quotation marks.”) Refer to the text specifically as a novel, story, essay, memoir, or poem, depending on what it is. In subsequent references to the author, use his or her last name.
