Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. An Alternative To Adobe
Run a small business without additional Adobe and DocuSign subscriptions....
It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there!
I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

Saves so much time
I like this software because it is so easy to use. It saved me time and allowed me to quickly complete the necessary document
The only con I have with this software was that when printed it did not print all of the words typed in

What do you like best?
I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness.
What do you dislike?
I have not found anything that I dislike about it.

I save time by not having to print and scan forms and also saves paper.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Now that's nice!
Not only was pdfFiller miles ahead in its functionality and user-friendliness, when I cancelled my subscription because I no longer had the need - my money was refunded instantly and without question.
This level of customer care is rare and worthy of celebration.

What do you like best?
That I can mark up any pdf or create 1 new document from several. Also digital signatures, I work remotely and need this! Being remote, I need to be able to create or sign a form from anywhere and I can easily with pdf filler. I love the share feature as well, I can work on my end and my co-workers will have it almost instantly without having to print, scan and email. I work remotely, almost all from my laptop with no printer. This allows me to work from my phone or tablet seamlessly as well.
What do you dislike?
Not much, no complaints yet. Maybe the layout? Like where everything is, I click on the documents and then you have to specify where something is. Maybe a more organized folder system? When I share them, they should all be in the share folder, but for some reason, they're not always there. I am a very organized person and like everything in its own folder or file. I'd like a way to save everything to its own file and be able to find them quickly and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great program, especially if you work remotely, highly recommend it!

1099 tax reports, our software only supports e-file and we are so small that we don't have that. I also love the share part, I'm able to work on my end, share it with my co-workers and they can have it almost instantly without printing and scanning, etc. I also love that I can take a few different documents and combine them to one, that is a great feature!

PDF Filler makes it very easy to modify and create pdfs from anywhere. I specifically like their simplified process for editing. Their customer worked with me on an issue I was having and I'm satisfied with the result.
