Right-click on a recipient in the message header in the Reading Pane. From the context menu that pops-up, choose. Select All. Now that all the recipients are highlighted, press CTRL+C to copy them or right-click on the selected addresses and choose Copy.
Select contacts. Click the “Labels” Click Create label. Enter a name. Click Save. Click COMPOSE. Enter your label's name. View a list of group names you created.
Open your Gmail account and click Compose to open up the Gmail compose window. Add your subject line and email text. Add the primary recipient's email address of your email in the To line. Once you click the BCC button, you'll be able to add the address of each hidden recipient to your mail.
Select the Home tab, then open the Address Book. Open the contact list you wish to share. While under the Contact Group tab, select the Forward Group option. An email is created with the contact list attached.
Select “Options” in the ribbon toolbar, then click “Show BCC” in the Fields section. The BCC field appears under the Cc field and to the right of the “Send” button. Type the email addresses of your intended recipients in the BCC field. Enter a subject, type the body of your message and click “Send.”
