I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. We were out of town and needed an…
We were out of town and needed an expensive package delivered to an alternate address. We needed a signed release for the courier to deliver without a signature, and this was the best way to create and eventually email that release form.
