The complaint has a First Count, Second Count, Third Count and Fourth Count. The form did not allow editing of the formatting to insert space for identifying the "Count" being addressed. Otherwise, the form was fine.

it is good but finding documents is difficult, and the UI is a little bit hard to use at first. Double clicking on a document should open it, but it doesn't.

Faced with the daunting task of filling in the complete IRS 990 (due to the dissolution of a 501c7 non-profit corporation of which I was the treasurer) I have found that the PDFfiller program is a real godsend -- so much so that I almost regret not having an excuse to continue as a subscriber once the trial-period expires. But I will highly recommend the program to anyone I might know who regularly is faced with filing long or complicated tax forms.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Simple, yet powerful tool for anyone who finds themselves away from their desk often. I can easily fill in text fields, E-sign and add pictures to my pdfs. I've also used it to print, email or eFax pdfs and docs.

Provided ease by timely consistence and effortless interface in preparing & modifying quality forms.
Ease of use. From downloading to modifying. Short learning curve. Provided easy solution to modifying old forms by scanning/uploading and easy modification.
From what little I used it to create new forms, more flexibility would have been nice for import and modifying images. But since I rarely used this program for creation I may not have explored the features properly.

How do I prepare a property deed?

How do you write a deed to a property?
List the names of the parties involved. Write, for example, [Granter's Name and address], as Granter, conveys to [Grantee's Name and address], as Grantee, the property described below by [list the type of deed]. Describe the land. Use the land's street address, plot number, and the metes and bounds of the land.
How do I write the deed to my house?
