PDF Filler
ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

Such a great tool!
Any PDF document is instantly editable in PDFfiller. With this app I can to edit contracts, which are signed by customers.
Perhaps they do not have a very convenient editor interface. I often can not find what I need. I hope they fix it soon.

Great for businesses.
Simple, yet powerful tool for anyone who finds themselves away from their desk often. I can easily fill in text fields, E-sign and add pictures to my pdfs. I've also used it to print, email or eFax pdfs and docs.

The site was a little bit slow
The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Can your name be taken off a lease?
Unfortunately, if you're a renter, you can't remove someone's name from your lease. Your landlord is under no obligation to remove your roommate's name from the lease. But some landlords are willing to remove a person from the lease. So it doesn't hurt to ask.
How do I get my name off a lease with a roommate?
Find someone to take over the lease from your problem roommate. Landlords that are hesitant to remove a cosigner from a lease may be more likely to agree to a simple change of names on the agreement. Break the lease and move somewhere else. Make the trouble roommate pay up.
