so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use

Working remotely this application has greatly facilitated the approval process in relation to documents sent from the office and has saved so much money on paper! Love it!

Haven't noticed any downside. Have been even able to access from my smart phone as well.

Offer tutorials on instructions and examples of usage of the features. Currently going thru trial and error which so far has worked well

Great experience, filling out the documents just takes a bit of time.
Gives my documents the professional look vs handwritten documents
Seems like there is 1 too many steps to saving a document and then viewing and saving to my desktop.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

How do I edit a stamp in PDF?
Open the Stamps Palette by doing one of the following: Choose Tools > Stamp > Stamps Palette. Choose the stamp category, right-click the stamp, and choose Edit. Edit the category or name of the stamp, or replace the image, and then click OK.
