easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

It is acceptable for a 14 or 15-year-old to price mark or tag goods or shelves. The minor may handwrite or use a machine in performance of these duties. 14 and 15-year-olds may not, however, use any ladders, scaffolds or their substitutes to perform these duties.
A 16- or 17-year-old teen can work in any landscaping job, provided the Secretary of Labor hasn't put it on the hazardous jobs list. These hazardous tasks include using power-driven woodworking machinery, a power-driven hoist apparatus, chain saws, reciprocating saws, circular saws, band saws or trenching.
According to the U.S. DOL staff in the Portland office (780-3344), a 14 or 15-year-old cannot legally operate any power driven machinery. This prohibition includes any type of motorized lawn mower or weed whacker. Teenagers who are 16 or 17 years old may legally operate weed whackers and power lawn mowers.
If you hire a seasonal employee for 30 hours [per week] and they work 35 hours a week, the worker is not entitled to overtime pay under the FLEA. However, if you have different stipulations in your seasonal workers' contract, you must abide by those, according to My Total Retail.
