The Portable Document Format or PDF is a popular document format for business purposes, thanks to its availability. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they will be readable and writable the same way. PDF documents will appear the same, regardless of whether you open them on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

The next reason is data safety: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any sensitive data in them from person to person. Using an online solution to store documents, it's possible to track a viewing history to find out who had access to it before.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows to create, edit, sign, and share PDF files directly from your internet browser tab. Thanks to the integrations with the popular CRM tools, you can upload a data from any system and continue where you left off. Work with the completed document yourself or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when someone opens and fills out the form.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Change a template’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with users to fill out the document. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

so far so good. Not the easiest to find document while logged in. I find I have to do a search on the document from a web browser to get to it. PFDfiller couldn't find the doc from within the app.
