Click on the 'Comment' tab located at the top of the page.

In the 'Comment' tab, you will see the 'Load Comment Form' option. Click on it.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen with various comment form options.

Choose the type of comment form you want to add by clicking on it. You can select from options like 'Text Box', 'Sticky Note', 'Highlight', 'Strikethrough', and more.

Once you have selected the comment form, click on the area of the document where you want to place it.

A comment form will appear at the selected location. You can resize and move it as needed.

To add your comment or annotation, simply click inside the comment form and start typing.

You can customize the appearance of the comment form by changing the font, color, and other formatting options.

Repeat steps 5 to 9 to add more comment forms to your document.

To save your changes, click on the 'Save' button located at the top right corner of the page.
