Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

I loved this software and features
I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.

so far everything is good to use and very easy, I need to explore more but I do not have time. A little confused with the folders but I will learn very soon.

Are charter schools failing?
Public schools and charter schools both experience failure. But a critical difference is that for public schools, failure is a bug, a problem to be fixed. As Education Next argues, for charter schools, failure is a feature, and wasting taxpayer money is just part of the plan.
Why do charter schools fail?
Related: According to this same article from The Center for Education Reform, 66% of charter school failures are due to financial reasons (42%) and mismanagement (24%). We can infer that, in most of these cases, schools closed because of a lack of funds or because the funds weren't managed well.
What is the problem with charter schools?
They contend that charters inadequately serve children with special needs. Charter schools suspend children with disabilities at a higher rate than public schools, and there have been many cases of inadequacy due to a lack of resources, experience, and insensitivity.
What is the success rate of charter schools?
An analysis of federal data by the Education Week Research Center identified 935 public high schools with four-year graduation rates of less than 50 percent in 2016-17, the most recent year available. Of those, 54 percent are charter schools.
Why are charter schools better than public schools?
Charter schools give parents more options for their children. We need more high-performing charter schools. Charter schools are not better than public schools but do have the enrollment flexibility to appear to do better. Charter schools are popular because they have better marketing than public schools.
Do colleges look down on charter schools?
College admissions committees generally view charter schools the same as they do any other school. They will consider the difficulty of your coursework along with your level of success. Obviously, if a charter school is highly ranked, and you are successful there, college admissions committees will be impressed.
Do charter schools perform better than public schools?
Charter schools are not better than public schools. The significant body of research on charters shows they generally do no better and often do worse than traditional public schools. Charter schools are not a pathway out of poverty. There's no evidence charters produce better long-term outcomes for students.
Are charter schools a good idea?
A 2003 national study showed charter school students were no better than public schools at educating kids. A 2012 study by the California Charter Schools Association found that charter schools are more likely to be both higher performing and lower performing than traditional public schools.
