I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. Tons of functionality for a great price. Excellent customer response time.
Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents.
Overall really happy with this product!

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

How is a fax sent?
The sender dials the fax number that the service has assigned to the recipient. The fax machine translates the data and transmits it over the phone line. The service receives the data, translates it into an image file and sends the image to the recipient's e-mail address.
How does FAX work?
A fax machine is designed to both send and receive documents, so it has a sending part and a receiving part. The phone line transmits this information almost instantly to a fax machine at the other end. It receives the electrical pulses and uses them to control a printer.
How do you know if a fax went through?
If the fax machine has a small display screen, look for a confirmation that the fax went through. Some fax machines will also print out a short confirmation report.
How can I send a fax via email?
Open a new email message, type the fax number, followed by @efaxsend.com, into the To: field. Attach your fax document and type a message in the body of the email to use as your cover sheet. Hit Send. Your fax and cover letter will be delivered to your recipient's fax machine.
How long does FAX take to send?
Sending a fax takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute per page of text (assuming a clear connection for both machines and using today's technology). Graphics, fax machines that have been modified to send slower, and lousy phone connections can drastically slow the transmission speed down.
How do you respond to a fax?
In manual mode, to receive a message, you'll need to be at the machine when the phone rings and press a button to answer the call. If a fax rings through, and you do not answer the fax, then it will go through either to an answering machine or just not pick up.
