The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

Price point too high for how infrequent I would use this program but I did like its versatile options and over all user friendly templates, just had too play around a little bit to get it figured out!

PDF filler is great!
it allows me to update an existing PDF document relatively easy and quick. Love that about PDF filler!
I like how user-friendly it is. Definitely easy to use, even for a beginner! It also enhances the PDF file you are trying to update.
I think every feature within PDF filler should be available to a paying member and not have these tiered membership structures.

Excellent program, way easier then DocuSign
Super easy to use and if you need tech support they are there for you.
Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well!
It would be nice to get an email when the client opens the contract I send, rather then always having to check

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent a mail to support. They replied within an hour or so, really excellent service. I live in South Africa where government support is poor at best. I downloaded the form, filled it in online and printed it without the slightest hitch - it just works!Roland, Johannesburg.
